4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

5. Payment Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolX Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all subjective expectations.

We provide a 30-day warranty period after delivery for bug fixes related to the original scope of work.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
• Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable
• We will deliver all completed work to date upon receipt of final payment
• Confidentiality obligations continue

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or utilize third-party services, APIs, or platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of such third-party services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolX Lab, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Multan, Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms
